Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty service with the following terms:
  

Warranty Period:

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original buyer. 
We offer a limited warranty of 12 months for NocFree Lite and 24 months for NocFree &.

  

Warranty Coverage:

The warranty covers any defects when compared to the product specifications.
This warranty does not apply to products with altered or damaged serial numbers.
   

Warranty Service:

For products that qualify under the warranty, we will provide free repair or replacement services:

Product Quality Issues: If the issue is confirmed by us to be a defect in the product itself, we will fully cover the shipping costs (both ways). We will either prepay the shipping fees or reimburse reasonable costs incurred for repairs or replacements.

User-Caused Damage: This includes, but is not limited to, accidental drops, liquid damage, unauthorized disassembly, force majeure, or other non-product quality-related issues. In such cases, you will need to cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the product. We will still provide free repair or replacement services.
