If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@nocfree.com within 30 days of delivery. Our dedicated support team will be delighted to help and will strive to provide a prompt response within one business day.

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nocfree.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Fee
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a faulty product, we will cover the shipping fees for the return. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at contact@nocfree.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all shipping fees for returning faulty products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
