New to Split Keyboards?

Not at all. NocFree features a layout similar to the Apple Magic Keyboard, making the transition seamless and intuitive.

Unlike other complex ergonomic keyboards that require relearning how to type, most NocFree users adapt fully typically within a week.

We also provide various ISO layouts (UK, DE, FR, Nordic, etc.), so you can type comfortably in your native language.

Traditional keyboards often force hands into an unnatural angle (ulnar deviation). NocFree's split design allows you to separate the halves to shoulder width.

This setup is designed to promote a straighter wrist posture and an open chest. Many users find that this natural position helps reduce the strain and fatigue often associated with long typing sessions.

Absolutely. While NocFree is ready to use out of the box, it is designed for anyone who wants to boost productivity.

With the NocFree & and our NocFree Link software, you can fully customize your layout. Whether you are a designer setting up creative shortcuts, an editor managing timelines, or a power user maximizing efficiency, you have total control.

Low-profile switches allow the keyboard to sit closer to the desk surface. This design aims to create a more neutral wrist position by reducing the need for upward extension.

It offers the best of both worlds: the satisfying mechanical feel of a pro keyboard, combined with the slim ergonomic profile that reduces desk clutter.

NocFree Lite FAQ

We recommend linear switches for anyone new to the world of mechanical keyboards. They are versatile, provide a smooth typing experience, and are suitable for both everyday tasks and fast-paced gaming.

We chose the standard layout to make the transition to split keyboards easier for most users. Our goal is to help more people enjoy ergonomic benefits without disrupting their everyday typing habits.
