Warranty
We provide a comprehensive warranty service with the following terms:
Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original buyer. We offer a limited warranty for 12 months.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers any defects when compared to the product specifications.
This warranty does not apply to products with altered or damaged serial numbers.
Warranty Service:
For products that qualify under the warranty, we will provide free repair or replacement services.
- Product Quality Issues: If the issue is confirmed by us to be a defect in the product itself, we will fully cover the shipping costs (both ways). We will either prepay the shipping fees or reimburse reasonable costs incurred for repairs or replacements.
- User-Caused Damage: This includes, but is not limited to, accidental drops, liquid damage, unauthorized disassembly, force majeure, or other non-product quality-related issues. In such cases, you will need to cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the product. We will still provide free repair or replacement services.
