Pre-order Shipping Schedule
All orders placed are currently in the pre-order stage, with shipments scheduled to begin in April 2024. All NocFree products will be shipped from our facilities in China.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your destination when you enter your address.
Import Fees and Customs Charges
For countries where import taxes apply, such as Canada and EU countries, we cover these import taxes on your behalf. Using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping model, we handle all necessary tax payments at customs to ensure smooth and fast clearance. If any additional fees arise, we’ll inform you in advance, so there’s no need to worry about unexpected charges.
Important Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring successful delivery, including providing correct address information and paying any required customs fees or import duties. Failure to provide necessary documentation or payment for customs clearance may result in the return of the parcel to our facility. In such cases, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
