NocFree is committed to providing reliable support for genuine products purchased through our official website or authorized channels.
*Proof of purchase and serial number are required for all warranty claims.

01. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the delivery date. Current coverage:

  • NocFree Lite / NocFree &: 1 Year
  • Accessories: 1 Year

Specific statements on product pages or documentation will override general terms.

02. What Is Covered

Under normal personal use, the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing and material defects.
  • Functional issues involving PCB, circuits, keys, or connectivity.
  • Hardware failures not caused by misuse.

03. Warranty Service

Based on the case, NocFree may provide: remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair services, or a replacement unit. In limited cases, alternative solutions like partial refunds may be offered.

04. First 30 Days

For quality issues within 30 days of delivery, NocFree will cover reasonable after-sales shipping. Solutions include repair, parts, or full replacement/refund depending on the severity.

05. After 30 Days

Issues are handled via repair or component replacement. Returns for non-quality reasons are not accepted. Customers may be asked to ship products to designated locations; NocFree covers confirmed repair and return shipping costs.

06. Out-of-Warranty

Even after the warranty expires, we offer paid repair services, replacement parts, and discounted replacement options. Costs and turnaround times are determined case-by-case.

07. Exclusions

Customer-Caused Damage: Drops, liquid ingress, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, modding, or custom firmware flashing.

Normal Wear: Cosmetic aging, battery degradation, worn cables or feet, and minor scratches.

External Causes: Lightning, fire, or use in unsuitable/commercial environments.

Ineligible Sources: Second-hand items or products from unauthorized sellers.

08. Third-Party

Purchases from Amazon or Walmart follow the platform's return policies. However, limited warranty support is available if valid proof of purchase from an authorized channel is provided.

09. Cooperation

To assist you, we require: Order number, serial number, description of the issue, and photos/videos. Failure to provide essential information or complete troubleshooting may prevent us from proceeding.

10. Liability

NocFree’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental damages like loss of data or profit.
