Thank you for shopping with NocFree. We want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible, and this page explains how shipping works for orders placed on the official NocFree website.
*For purchases made through third-party platforms, shipping may follow the original platform’s policies.

01. Order Processing

In-stock orders will begin processing once payment has been successfully completed. Estimated shipping transit time: typically around 10 business days, though this may vary depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Actual delivery depends on weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

02. Pre-Orders & Split

For pre-order items or products in final assembly, the estimated shipping timeline will be based on the product page or official updates. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or in separate packages depending on availability.

03. Origins & Carriers

Orders may be shipped from warehouses in China, the United States, Europe, or other regional fulfillment locations. Shipping carriers and routes are arranged based on operational needs and delivery efficiency.

04. Destinations

NocFree ships to most countries. If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@nocfree.com. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to logistics restrictions or sanctions, we will notify you and issue a refund.

05. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, package size, shipping method, and any applicable regional surcharges or promotions. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are not included in the product price.

06. Duties & Taxes

We cover import duties only. Other taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT, and any other import-related charges are not included. The customer is responsible for additional charges based on local customs requirements.

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid import-related charges, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refund.

07. Address Accuracy

Please ensure shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to make changes. NocFree is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information or failed contact attempts.

08. Tracking

Once shipped, we will send your tracking number by email. Please note that a delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost; it may be due to carrier scan timing or customs processing.

09. Delays & Lost

Shipping Delays: Timelines may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier issues. We will assist with checking the status upon request.

Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will determine the appropriate next step, including reshipment or refund.

Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building staff, and local carrier records. NocFree is generally not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

10. Inspection Recs

We recommend checking the outer box for damage upon arrival and confirming all items are included. Recording an unboxing video for high-value orders is highly encouraged to protect your after-sales rights.
