Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing NocFree. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we hope this policy makes our return process clear and straightforward.
*This policy applies to orders placed through the official NocFree website. For third-party platforms, please refer to their original policies.

01. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us for a full refund cancellation.

After Shipment: Shipped orders must follow the return process. Any interception or storage charges incurred by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

02. 30-Day Window

We accept return requests made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown in the tracking information. Requests submitted after this period for non-quality reasons may not be accepted.

03. Non-Quality Returns

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the following must apply:

  • Product is unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, tools, and gifts.
  • No visible signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • Not a custom-made, clearance, or final-sale item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

04. Arrival Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with functional issues, please contact us within 7 calendar days. We may require your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and an unboxing video.

Once verified, solutions may include troubleshooting, missing parts shipment, full replacement, or refund. NocFree will cover reasonable shipping costs for verified defects.

05. Quality (30 Days)

For confirmed quality issues within 30 days, we prioritize troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements. A full refund is generally considered only when the defect is serious and cannot be resolved, or if suitable inventory is unavailable.

06. After 30 Days

Non-quality returns are no longer accepted after 30 days. Quality issues will be handled under our Warranty & After-Sales Policy via repair or component replacement.

07. Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. The final posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

08. Unauthorized

Please do not return products without first contacting us for instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns may be rejected, with risks and costs remaining the customer’s responsibility.

09. Special Items

The following are generally ineligible for non-quality returns: Custom-made products, clearance items, final-sale items, used products, and returns past the 30-day window.
